Key Responsibilities Media & Public Relations Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers. Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements. Pitch stories and secure media coverage for the company’s brand and activities. Content & Communication Write speeches, articles, blog posts, newsletters, and other PR materials. Manage internal and external communication to ensure a consistent brand message. Handle crisis communication with professionalism and clarity. Event Management Organize press conferences, media briefings, and promotional events. Coordinate product launches, CSR activities, and networking events. Ensure smooth execution of events, including media coverage and follow-ups. Brand Image & Reputation Management Monitor public perception of the company and competitors. Handle customer and public queries related to brand image. Develop PR campaigns to boost brand awareness and credibility. Digital PR & Social Media Collaborate with the digital marketing team to manage social media PR campaigns. Work with influencers and bloggers to enhance brand presence online. Track online mentions and respond to public opinions where necessary. Reporting & Analysis Maintain a database of media contacts and coverage reports. Track PR campaign performance and prepare reports for management. Suggest strategies for continuous improvement in brand visibility. Skills & Competencies Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong networking and relationship-building ability. Good understanding of media trends, journalism, and PR tools. Creativity in crafting engaging stories and brand messages. Ability to handle crises calmly and professionally. Knowledge of digital PR, SEO basics, and social media engagement. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Experience: 0–2 years.
