About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Fashion PR Executive with hands-on experience in celebrity sourcing, talent coordination, and media relations.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Public Relations (PR) — specifically in fashion, lifestyle, or entertainment — and who possesses established connections with stylists, celebrity managers, and fashion editors across leading publications.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end celebrity sourcing for events, campaigns, and brand collaborations.

Cultivate and maintain close relationships with stylists, celebrity managers, and talent teams to ensure smooth coordination.

Build and strengthen connections with fashion editors, journalists, and media professionals across top magazines and digital/print publications.

Drive media outreach initiatives, ensuring brand features and placements in relevant fashion publications.

Support in conceptualizing and executing high-visibility PR campaigns, fashion launches, and editorial placements.

Stay updated on fashion trends, new talent, and media movements to identify timely opportunities.

Handle day-to-day operational tasks, including scheduling, press communication, tracking coverage, celebrity sourcing, and reporting.

Act as a reliable point of contact for handling urgent celebrity placements, last-minute requests, and high-profile opportunities.

Represent the brand at high-end industry meetings and events (such as those with Grazia, Forbes, Harper's Bazaar, etc.), gaining direct access to celebrity stylists, influencers, and media personalities.

Requirements:

1–2 years of hands-on experience in a Fashion PR agency or PR department — candidates from non-PR backgrounds will not be considered.

Proven track record in celebrity sourcing with existing connections among stylists, celebrity managers, and editors.

Strong awareness of the fashion and lifestyle industry landscape.

Excellent relationship management, communication, and networking skills.

Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work under pressure.

Creative thinking with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Genuine passion for fashion, trends, and long-term industry partnerships.
