Introduction We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-organized Office Girl to assist in the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet usage, and possess good English communication skills to handle routine office tasks efficiently. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Andheri West office. Interested candidates can walk in for an interview after their biodata is reviewed.Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support Assist in day-to-day office operations and support the admin team. Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping of office-related papers. Manage inward and outward documents, letters, and parcels. Assist in preparing reports and summaries as directed by the management. 2. Computer & Internet Work Prepare MS Word documents, Excel sheets, and PowerPoint presentations as per requirements. Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain proper digital records. Use the internet for research, email handling, and online submissions. Assist in uploading documents, browsing for business information, and managing company emails. 3. Meeting & Presentation Assistance Help prepare and organize presentations and reports for internal and external meetings. Coordinate with team members to ensure that presentation materials are ready on time. Support the management team by preparing documents in PPT format for client discussions. 4. Office Coordination Manage communication between different departments to ensure smooth workflow. Handle incoming phone calls and provide required information to clients or visitors. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and walk-in interviews. Support senior staff members in their daily routine tasks. 5. Walk-in Interview Coordination Assist the HR team during walk-in interviews conducted at our Andheri West office. Greet and guide candidates during interviews and collect biodata. Coordinate with management for interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.Required Skills & Competencies1. Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of Internet usage, email handling, and online research. Comfortable using office equipment like printers, scanners, and photocopiers. 2. Communication Skills Good spoken and written English is mandatory. Ability to interact confidently with clients, candidates, and colleagues. Polite and professional approach when communicating with stakeholders. 3. Organizational Skills Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work within deadlines. Attention to detail when preparing reports, presentations, and documents. Multi-tasking skills to handle administrative and office support activities efficiently. 4. Personal Attributes Smart, presentable, and well-groomed personality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
