**Tender & GeM Operations Executive**
(Sion, Mumbai| Full-Time | 1-3 Years Experience | Willing to Travel)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage company registration, product listings, and daily operations on the **GeM portal**, including order processing and invoicing.
- Search, evaluate, and respond to relevant **government tenders and bids** in a timely and compliant manner.
- Prepare and compile **technical bid documentation**, including cover letters, compliance forms, annexures, and declarations.
- Ensure all statutory licenses and certifications (**GST, MSME, ISO, etc.**) are up to date and meet tender eligibility requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Technical, Legal) for supporting documents and approvals.
- Maintain an organized record of tender submissions and provide regular reports on bid status, outcomes, and upcoming opportunities.
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business/Engineering preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in tender handling or GeM operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and document formatting.
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Willingness to travel when required

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
