Job Description

Hotel Miramar is looking for a well-groomed, customer-oriented Front Office Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience, handle guest interactions with professionalism, and manage front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude

Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, cancellations, and modifications across multiple platforms

Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction

Maintain accurate front office logs, reports, and complete shift handovers

Handle billing and payment transactions with precision

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times

Adhere to Hotel Miramar's standard operating procedures and policies

Support day-to-day administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Front Office Associate or similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems IDS Next Solutions

Pleasant personality and ability to work well under pressure

Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Educational Qualification: Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred

Languages Required: English and Hindi (local language is a plus)
