**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and inquiries. Greet guests warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams and departments as required. This may include data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- **Calendar Management**: Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating conference room reservations, and managing the office calendar.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the office remains well-stocked and organized.
- **Mail Handling**: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly. Prepare outgoing mail and shipments.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Assist with travel bookings and accommodations for staff when required.
- **Event Coordination**: Help organize office events and meetings, including coordinating catering and logistics.
- **Vendor Management**: Act as a liaison with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
