Job Purpose

Role bridge the Gap between business needs and technical solution, driving continue improvements through system enhancement & digital transformation n of finance process along with support to business on all the stages through the development life cycle with business users and IT.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Lead / Participate in lifecycle in ERP and Non-ERP projects

• Identify, Evaluate and Implements requirement of New development or enhancements to increase operational efficiency, system control and compliance requirements of business

• Monitoring & ensuring the required projects completion on time for the enhancement and new project to support the business along with system controls / timely UAT / timely training and production rollouts as per TaT and respective timeline.

• Managing and ensuring the GL MDG with all the required compliance / appropriate system controls during creation of master along with validation as per set guidelines and business needs

• Ensuring and monitoring the support in Hyperion applications for enhancements & day to day operational issues resolved without impacting the respective closing timeline

• Support in Internal & Statutory Audit for various data or compliance related

requirement.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP (ECC & S4)
• Knowledge of project management
• knowledge of finance business process
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Hyperion.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

MBA finance

SAP certification and related experiences
