Ekatra adds a new
infrastructure layer to e-commerce
, enabling shoppers to invite friends, exchange opinions in real time, and gain the confidence to decide together. For brands, this means more than just engagement: it delivers
organic reach, deeper shopper trust, reduced CAC, higher conversions, and bigger AOVs
— without requiring new UI/UX or external channels.

Role Description

We're looking for a hands-on
Growth Generalist
to drive lead generation, demand campaigns, and early sales pipeline for our SaaS product in the fashion, lifestyle, jewelry, and home furniture sectors. This is a high-impact role for someone eager to wear multiple hats and shape our GTM journey from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Run scrappy demand-gen experiments (email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, basic paid ads).
  • Write engaging outreach copy and assist in content creation (case studies, short posts).
  • Track funnel performance, measure CAC/conversions, and suggest optimizations.
  • Collaborate with founder and sales to refine GTM playbooks and positioning.
  • Own early prospect research in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, jewelry, and home furniture sectors.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    growth marketing, lead generation, or business development
    (preferably SaaS or e-commerce tech).
  • Strong familiarity with
    sales/marketing tools
    (HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Ability to write
    concise, compelling copy
    for cold outreach.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable running small experiments and iterating fast.
  • Startup mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Bonus: Prior exposure to
    fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
    .
