Data, MIS, Excel & Number Crunching

  • Advanced user of
    MS Excel for sales analysis, dashboards, forecasting, and performance tracking

  • Prepare and circulate

  • Primary & Secondary Sales
  • Scheme effectiveness
  • Distributor performance
  • Market-wise & SKU-wise analysis
  • Perform
    deep number crunching
    to analyze:

  • Stock movement

  • Maintain live tracking of
    pipeline, orders, dispatches, and collections

Cost of Sales & Profitability Control

  • Calculate and control
    Cost of Sales (COS)

Modern Trade & Bulk Sales

  • Manage modern trade onboarding, negotiations, listing fees, schemes, and supply.

Sales Schemes, Trade Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute
    ATL & BTL activities, trade schemes, and visibility programs
