Target Achievement & Performance Management
- Lead the region with a

, ensuring all sales KPIs are met. - Track
beat productivity, conversion ratios, average billing value, and strike rates
. - Identify gaps in performance and implement
quick corrective action plans
. - Set
clear review targets
for every team member and monitor adherence strictly.
Data, MIS, Excel & Number Crunching
- Advanced user of
MS Excel for sales analysis, dashboards, forecasting, and performance tracking
. - Prepare and circulate
daily, weekly, and monthly MIS
for: - Sales vs Target
- Primary & Secondary Sales
- Scheme effectiveness
- Distributor performance
- Market-wise & SKU-wise analysis
- Perform
deep number crunching
to analyze: - Growth trends
- Declining territories
- Stock movement
- ROI on promotions
- Maintain live tracking of
pipeline, orders, dispatches, and collections

Cost of Sales & Profitability Control
- Calculate and control
Cost of Sales (COS)
including: - Distributor margins
- Scheme costing
- Logistics & freight impact
- Marketing spends
- Ensure
profitable growth and ROI-driven promotions
. - Control market expenses, discounts, and claims with strict approval discipline.
Team Handling, Leadership & Reviews
- Lead, recruit, train, mentor, and retain
the South India field sales team. - Conduct:
- Daily review calls
- Weekly performance meetings
- Monthly KPI-based evaluations
- Ensure every team member works with
clear daily sales objectives
. - Build a
high-performance, execution-focused culture
. - Continuous skills upgradation through structured coaching.
Distributor & Channel Management
- Responsible for:
- Distributor appointment & onboarding
- Territory mapping & route planning
- Visit frequency & productivity tracking
- Stock planning & stock rotation
- Ensure:
- Zero stock-outs
- Healthy distributor ROI
- Timely lifting & liquidation
Modern Trade & Bulk Sales
- Manage modern trade onboarding, negotiations, listing fees, schemes, and supply.
- Drive
institutional & bulk sales
with profitability focus.
Sales Schemes, Trade Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute
ATL & BTL activities, trade schemes, and visibility programs
. - Ensure
scheme execution at ground level with proper validation & ROI tracking
. - Align marketing activities with sales calendars and seasonal demand.
Collections, Credit Control & Compliance
- Ensure
timely payment collections
, control outstanding, and reduce credit risk. - Regular reconciliation, claim settlements, and ledger closures with finance.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Monitor
order processing, loading, dispatch, unloading, and last-mile distribution
