Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

Location: Kundli Factory

Department: Operations / Logistics

Reporting To : Operations Manager

Salary : 18k to 22k

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Logistics Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily movement of goods from our Kundli factory to our stores and vendors. The role involves supervising all inbound and outbound logistics operations, vehicle scheduling, and ensuring timely and efficient product dispatch while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee incoming and outgoing stock movement from the factory to stores, vendors, and other locations.

Coordinate vehicle arrangement for deliveries and pickups, ensuring optimal utilization of transport resources.

Plan and monitor dispatch schedules to ensure on-time deliveries and avoid delays.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock transfers, and vendor dispatches.

Work closely with store and vendor teams to manage product requirements and resolve delivery issues.

Supervise loading and unloading activities, ensuring products are handled safely and correctly.

Track vehicle movements, fuel usage, and driver schedules.

Manage logistics staff and ensure proper workflow at the dispatch area.

Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and accounts teams for smooth logistics operations.

Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse supervision.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of transport management, route planning, and vendor coordination.

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP or inventory software.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
