Avp Warehouse

**Job purpose**
This job requires collaboration with the senior leaders for devising strategy and managing the multi - location

operations to derive results, challenge and improvise the quality of operations.

**Duties and Responsibility**
1. Implement efficient processes and standards. Responsible for the KPI’s of the entire operations team across

the various warehouses of the company.

2. Mentor and motivate team to achieve productivity, align them with the company values and goals. Conduct

monthly, quarterly and annual KRA discussions with the operations managers and submit reports, provide

feedback and drive improvements.

3. Coordinate with customer service operations. Responsible to ensure customer retention and delight.

4. Coordinate with the various functions within the organization to manage internal and external deliverables.

Manage contracts and relations with various stakeholders - vendors, customers, partners etc

5. Oversee the implementation of technology solutions in operations

6. Ensure compliance with law, evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts

7. Be at the forefront of the business development fronts and work with the senior leaders in nurturing deals.

**Qualification**:
A postgraduate/MBA. Qualified leader with proven experience in outsourced operations management in senior

positions.

**Required Skills**:
1. Excellent communication and leadership quality

2. Familiarity with all business functions including HR, IT, finance along with operations

3. Experience with implementing IT solutions

4. Knowledge of data analytics, good with numbers and reporting

5. Analytical mind

**JOB LOCATION**:Have to work out of various locations in Delhi/NCR wherever company has warehouses.

Can work from home when not required at the warehouses
