who can build strong relationships, drive collaborations, and bring opportunities to life for talents in the film industry.

This role is
especially open for female candidates

cinema and entertainment industry
, and the ability to manage artist relations with professionalism and creativity.

Key Responsibilities


•       Manage and represent
artists, influencers, and emerging cinema talents
.


•       Coordinate with
production houses, casting teams, and brand partners
for collaborations and projects.


•       Handle all aspects of
artist management
, including schedules, calls, agreements, and communication.


•       Manage
logistics, transportation, and hospitality
for shoots, events, and promotional activities.


•       Oversee
film-related operations
and ensure smooth project execution.


•       Promote artists strategically to
maximize brand visibility and career growth
.


•       Maintain and nurture
professional relationships
with clients, brands, and production teams.


•       Assemble, coordinate, and track
projects from initiation to completion
.

Key Requirements


•       Prior experience in
Celebrity / Talent Management
(Mandatory)
.


•       Minimum
2 years of experience
in talent, media, or entertainment management.

(Candidates with slightly less experience but strong capability may also apply.)


•       Excellent
communication, negotiation, and sales skills
.


•       Strong understanding of
cinema industry dynamics
and artist coordination.


•       A
proactive, creative, and relationship-driven mindset
with exceptional people skills.


•       
Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
