Financial Management:
Oversee the financial performance of the retail division, managing budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about retail industry trends, market changes, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
Retail Expansion and Growth:
Evaluate potential markets and opportunities for retail expansion, and develop plans to enter new markets or open new stores.
Store Operations and Excellence:
Ensure that store operations and processes are optimized to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Implement best practices and operational efficiencies across all retail locations.
Merchandising and Product Selection:
Collaborate with merchandising teams to curate product assortments that meet customer demand and drive sales.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
Retail Marketing and Promotion:
Work with marketing teams to develop and execute effective retail marketing campaigns and promotions.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the retail management team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
Customer Relations:
Prioritize customer satisfaction and continuously enhance the customer experience in retail stores.
