Direct Marketing Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented freshers who are eager to start their career in sales and business development. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients in the US market, understanding their requirements, and helping the sales team create new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients .
- Introduce company services and generate interest among prospects.
- Build and maintain a database of leads through research, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales and business team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
- Support the team in achieving weekly and monthly targets.
- Learn and grow your understanding of international B2B sales and IT services.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and handling client conversations.
- Strong learning attitude and enthusiasm to build a sales career.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email outreach, or lead generation tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field.
- Prior internship or exposure to lead generation, cold calling, or digital marketing will be an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100, ₹800,000.00 per year
