Job description:
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED and professional Business Development Executive (BDE) Female for our Digital Marketing agency to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be confident in handling direct calling and job portals, and have a basic understanding of digital marketing and freelancing platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and Fiverr. This role requires enthusiasm, dedication, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage direct calling to potential clients/customers.
- Work on job portals and freelancing platforms (Upwork, PPH, Fiverr) to generate leads.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Use digital marketing knowledge to assist in lead generation and sales activities.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 Years
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream)
- Good communication skills
- Confident personality and ability to manage calls effectively
- Knowledge of digital marketing basics (PPC Ads, SEO, social media, Meta Ads etc.)
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms Upwork, PPH, and Fiverr
- Punctual and a quick learner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
