
Business Development Executive BDE for Digital Marketing Agency

We are looking for a business development executive to contribute to the growth of our Digital Marketing Agency.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be confident in handling job portals, and have a basic understanding of Digital marketing, SEO and freelancing platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and Fiverr. This role requires enthusiasm, dedication, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calling to potential clients/customers.
- Work on job portals and freelancing platforms (Upwork, PPH, Fiverr) to generate leads.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Pitch and present agency services (SEO, Social Media Ads, etc.) to prospective clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience: (06–2 years) in sales/business development, preferably in Digital Marketing / SEO Agency.
- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream)
- Good communication skills
- Confident personality and ability to manage calls effectively
- Knowledge of digital marketing basics (SEO, social media)
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms Upwork, PPH, and Fiverr
- Punctual and a quick learner
