We are looking for a Business Development Executive (LinkedIn BDE) who can effectively use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach strategies, and professional networking to identify and connect with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other automation tools to identify potential clients.
- Craft and send personalized connection requests and messages to decision-makers.
- Build relationships with prospects, understand their business requirements, and pitch suitable IT services.
- Schedule online meetings and coordinate with the technical or sales team for client discussions.
- Maintain proper lead tracking using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and conversions.
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities on LinkedIn.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a LinkedIn BDE / Lead Generation Executive / IT Sales Executive.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to write engaging connection messages and proposals.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and target-oriented individual.
