Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Airbnb Property Manager based in Jaipur to oversee short-term rental operations and expand our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth property operations, and actively onboard new properties to grow our business in Jaipur's thriving hospitality and tourism market.

Key Responsibilities:Property Operations & Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Airbnb-listed properties in Jaipur.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor services to ensure guest-ready standards.
  • Oversee check-ins, check-outs, guest communications, and issue resolution.
  • Optimize pricing and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Monitor guest reviews and implement strategies to maintain high ratings.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, licenses, and community guidelines.

Business Development & Expansion:

  • Identify and approach new property owners in Jaipur to onboard them into Airbnb management services.
  • Pitch management solutions, negotiate agreements, and build long-term partnerships with landlords and homeowners.
  • Conduct property assessments, coordinate staging, photography, and listing creation.
  • Research Jaipur's hospitality trends, seasonal demand, and high-potential areas for growth.
  • Build local networks with brokers, builders, and real estate agents for property acquisition opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rental operations (Airbnb/OTA preferred).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to onboard new property partners.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Rajasthani dialect is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Airbnb, , or property management software.
  • Flexible to work evenings/weekends as per guest needs.
  • Local knowledge of Jaipur's neighborhoods, tourist attractions, and real estate market is highly desirable.
