Senior Manager - Administration Biotech Job Description 1. Overall incharge of the Biotech Division Ghotawade facility administration Liaison with local administrative authorities viz. Gram panchayat, Sarpanch, Local leaders, politicians etc. and maintain cordial relations with them Liaison with local Police, Public Health Officers, Hospitals etc. for any support required from time to time Liaison with Industries Department, Factory Inspector, DISH – Director of Industrial Safety & Health, PF & ESIC Commissioners etc. for various approvals and correspondence from time to time Liaison with local FDA – Food & Drugs Administration authorities for various product related communications and approvals along with RA – Regulatory Affairs team & Pune Admin Team Responsible for security, housekeeping, transportation, canteen and contract management for Biotech plant Contract labour management for all contractors covered in site RC along with compliance management Responsible for all statutory compliances related to Factory Administration Responsible for coordination with Legal Team for all company legal matters related to labour and administration Accountable for all internal, external and regulatory audits related to Factory Administration Compliance to all cGMP – Current Good Manufacturing Practices for all SOPs – Standard Operating Procedures related to Factory Administration Admin Team management, development, training, retention and motivation Any other Administration / Liaison related activities required in relation to company's business from time to time Work Experience Age: 35 < Age < 45 Years Experience: 12 Years Education: Graduation PG (HR/MPM/MSW) Industry: No constraint, Pharma/Biotech experience is an added advantage Sector: Manufacturing sector / non IT Region: If worked in Pune / Marathwada will be good Ex-Defense profile will be given preference Education Post Graduation in Business Management or Human ResourcesMasters in Social Work or Personnel Management Competencies 1.
