About Quantanite Quantanite is a global provider of outsourcing solutions that enable businesses to achieve digital transformation through cutting-edge technology and deep domain expertise We deliver next-generation AI-driven solutions to optimize front office back-office and shared services environments Our mission is to provide innovative scalable and cost-effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager based in India to coordinate and oversee technical project delivery in collaboration with Nexgai Quantanite s technical partner and our offshore delivery teams This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of AI-driven transformation programs requiring strong project leadership technical fluency and cross-functional coordination across global stakeholders Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end project delivery across AI automation and enterprise technology initiatives ensuring delivery milestones are met on time and within scope Lead coordination with the Nexgai India team and support offshore project implementation and governance Translate business requirements into detailed technical implementation plans Act as the technical liaison between Quantanite delivery teams Nexgai engineers and client stakeholders Manage technical scope timelines and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects Review and provide input on architecture diagrams technical documentation integration strategies and performance metrics Identify project risks and lead mitigation planning in alignment with business goals Facilitate agile ceremonies technical reviews sprint planning and retrospectives Deliver executive-level reporting on technical progress risks and outcomes to the Chief Transformation Officer Required Qualifications Experience 8 years of experience in technical project management with at least 3 years in a senior lead role Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale enterprise technology projects preferably in AI ML RPA or enterprise architecture domains Strong understanding of AI technologies data pipelines cloud platforms APIs and software engineering practices Experience managing offshore delivery models and working with cross-functional global teams Solid technical background with the ability to engage confidently with engineers data scientists and solution architects Proficiency in tools such as Jira Confluence MS Project or similar project management systems Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field Master s preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Certification in PMP PRINCE2 or Agile Scrum Master SAFe Experience delivering digital transformation projects in the BFSI and retail sectors Prior experience working with or within an AI solutions company Why Join Quantanite Work on groundbreaking AI transformation projects shaping the future of operations Collaborate with innovative technical partners like Nexgai Gain global exposure and leadership visibility while working with diverse teams Be part of a purpose-driven innovation-led organization with opportunities for career growth If you re a technically strong project manager who thrives in a fast-paced innovation-focused environment we d love to hear from you Job Type Full-time Pay 2 000 000 00 - 2 500 000 00 per year Benefits Work from home Schedule Monday to Friday Application Question s What is your current location If your current location is not Mumbai Are you willing to relocate What is your Current Salary What is your Expected Salary Do you have end-to-end AI project management experience What is your Total work experience What is your Notice Period Work Location In person
