Project Head - Project Management Services Experience 14 years in construction management or heavy equipment installation services Working Days Day Shift 1st and 3rd Saturday off Location Thane Key Responsibilities Oversee installation services with independent charge for Pan India and international projects Coordinate and manage dispatch scheduling with the manufacturing department delivery planning with logistics and site facilitation for multiple ongoing activities Drive systems-based planning for projects and manage resources including expansion of skilled technician teams to meet medium and long-term workload requirements Provide input to senior leadership on costing budget vs actuals and help optimise bidding costs Present P L reports in monthly management reviews with a focus on improving profitability against budgeted targets Formulate strategic plans aligned with growing business volumes and increasing demand for skilled technicians and supervisors Enhance operational team capabilities in technical skills planning resource management communication and customer handling Strengthen team profile through training needs analysis improved documentation and certification licensing initiatives Role involves both office responsibilities and regular field site visits frequent travel to project sites and client locations is required Key Performance Indicators Accurate documentation and strict data management via ERP On-time project delivery Installation quality and safety audit results Customer satisfaction scores Team productivity and retention Profitability of installation projects Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering or related fields A postgraduate certification in project management is preferred 14 years of experience in tank installation construction management or heavy equipment installation Minimum 3 years of senior leadership experience handling large teams and complex projects Job Type Full-time
