You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of Indias great brands.We would be happy to hire someone who is fearless, big dreamer, entrepreneurial, analytical, energetic and an incisive co-worker.THE IDEAL CANDIDATEMinimum 1year of experience as a BDSelf-starter, ready to take on new challengesPersistent and diplomaticGood negotiatorExcellent networking skillsLoves travellingPositive attitude and ability to work with multiple departmentsRoles/ResponsibilitiesTake a lead role in researching and identifying new business opportunitiesAble to find the real estate within the given specificationsNegotiate with the landlords on any issuesBuild and maintain a strong relationship with the landlordsMeet the prospective landlord on regular basisNegotiate on the best deals for the upcoming sitesCoordinate with the Projects team to assess site feasibilitySALARY4.5LPA-5LPA(Depending upon interview and experience)+Incentives upto 3LPA.
