Customer Relations Officer

A Telesales Representative is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and persuade them to make a purchase. They also build and maintain customer relationships, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling: Promoting products and services to customers, both new and existing, and closing sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and creating leads for the sales team.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other relevant information.
Skills Required:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Sales Skills: Persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Customer Service Skills: Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions.
- Time Management and Organization: Managing a high volume of calls and maintaining accurate records.
- Resilience: Handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding the products and services being offered.
