Role & responsibilities

Donor Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing donors, ensuring regular communication and engagement

  • Coordinate donor visits, impact presentations, and feedback loops to deepen trust and transparency

Fundraising Strategy & Execution

  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities aligned with organizational priorities

  • Support proposal development and grant writing in collaboration with program and M&E teams

Communication & Collateral Development

  • Support in creating compelling donor communication materials including newsletters, impact reports, and thank-you notes

  • Maintain donor database and CRM systems for tracking, segmentation, and analytics

Reporting & Compliance

  • Ensure timely reporting of fund utilization and program impact to donors

  • Maintain documentation for audits, donor compliance, and legal requirements

  • Monitor fundraising performance metrics and prepare periodic dashboards

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification/ Skills

  • Bachelors/ Masters degree in management/ communication studies/ mass communication

  • Self-driven with willingness to learn

  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills and flair for relationship-building are essential for the role

  • 2 4 years prior experience in sales, customer relations and business development

  • Freshers can be considered for Trainee position
