About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven
Corporate Sales Manager
to lead our business growth initiatives in Bangalore.

This role focuses on
acquiring new corporate clients
,
managing key accounts
, and
achieving revenue targets
through strategic B2B partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in
corporate or institutional sales
, preferably within the
food services, catering, or hospitality industry
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive
    new client acquisition
    in the B2B space and achieve defined sales targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure sustained business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Kitchen, Finance, Operations) to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Conduct regular market mapping to stay updated on competition and industry trends.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and service excellence.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Number of new corporate accounts acquired.
  • Client retention and satisfaction rate.
  • Depth of engagement within each key account.
  • Competitive intelligence and market insights shared.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience
    in
    B2B / Corporate Sales
    or
    Key Account Management
    .
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in
    food services, catering, hospitality, or FMCG
    is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with corporate decision-makers.
