About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven
Corporate Sales Manager
to lead our business growth initiatives in Bangalore.
This role focuses on
acquiring new corporate clients
,
managing key accounts
, and
achieving revenue targets
through strategic B2B partnerships.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in
corporate or institutional sales
, preferably within the
food services, catering, or hospitality industry
.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive
new client acquisition
in the B2B space and achieve defined sales targets. - Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure sustained business.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Kitchen, Finance, Operations) to deliver customized client solutions.
- Conduct regular market mapping to stay updated on competition and industry trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and service excellence.
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Number of new corporate accounts acquired.
- Client retention and satisfaction rate.
- Depth of engagement within each key account.
- Competitive intelligence and market insights shared.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience
in
B2B / Corporate Sales
or
Key Account Management
. - Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in
food services, catering, hospitality, or FMCG
is a strong advantage. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building ability with corporate decision-makers.
