Corporate Liason
to join our team. This role involves
managing client relationships
,
managing training programs
,
driving revenue
, and
supporting client success
. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong business acumen and a passion for delivering value to organizations through impactful training solutions.
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Act as a point of contact for all client queries related to training and support.
- Understand client training needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure successful implementation of services.
Revenue Generation
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
- Support in creating and presenting proposals for corporate training packages.
- Achieve assigned sales/revenue targets through client renewals and upselling.
- Work in collaboration with the business development team for lead conversion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in client service, or sales.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and training projects simultaneously.
- Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
