Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and target-focused *Senior SEO Digital Marketing Team Lead* to spearhead our entire digital lead generation strategy. This role requires a perfect blend of advanced SEO, proficient SEM/PPC campaign management, technical word press website administration, and strong team leadership. Your primary goal is to drive high-quality, qualified leads for our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

* *Lead Generation Target Ownership:* Design, implement, and own the digital strategy (SEO & SEM) to consistently meet and exceed targets for *qualified leads* and enrollments.

* *Comprehensive SEO Strategy:* Work with SEO team members, Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies (Technical, On-Page, Off-Page) to ensure top-tier organic visibility in the competitive IT training sector.

* *Paid Campaign Mastery:* Expertly manage, optimize, and scale high-budget *Google Ads* and *Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)* campaigns with a clear focus on Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL).

* *Team Leadership & Mentorship:* Lead, mentor, and manage junior SEO team members. Provide clear direction, set performance KPIs, and use strong *Commanding skills to manage the team* effectively.

* *Technical Website Management:* Hands-on experience required for updating, maintaining, and optimizing speed/performance for *WordPress websites*.

* *Server Administration:* Basic knowledge and management of website *hosting servers* (e.g., cPanel, AWS/Azure basics) to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

* *Reporting & Analysis:* Provide weekly and monthly performance reports using GA4 and other tools, translating data into actionable strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* *Experience:* Minimum *5+ years* of hands-on, proven experience in a senior SEO and SEM role.

* *Lead Generation:* Non-negotiable proven track record in generating and qualifying leads from digital channels.

* *Technical Proficiency:* Strong technical skills in SEO and website backend management (WordPress, server environment).

* *PPC Expertise:* Proven ability to manage large-scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

* *Soft Skills:* Must be a *team player* with excellent verbal and written *communication skills*.

* *Target-Oriented:* Ability to work strictly on measurable targets and KPIs.

*A Plus (Preferred)*

* *Previous experience working with IT Training institutes,* EdTech companies, or similar B2C/B2B services.

* Certifications in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, or Semrush/Ahrefs
