Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital marketing strategy & execution.
  • Manage 360 campaigns for leads & brand growth.
  • Oversee ad budgets, track ROI, and optimize campaigns.
  • Mentor juniors in the marketing team.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms for better engagement and SEO.
  • Analyze and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns (PPC) with a focus on ROI and lead generation.
  • Work with the design and content teams to generate creative assets (ads, posts, videos).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to manage digital projects end-to-end.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of major digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Hands-on experience Social media marketing including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, Pinterest, and SEO & AEO tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz.
  • Influencer Collaborations & Campaign Management
  • Excellent analytical skills (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.).
  • Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, or basic web tech is a plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.
