 Role Overview

We're on the hunt for an 
International Business Manager – Affiliate Marketing (Mobile + Web)
 with a strong command over global affiliate partnerships, mobile app advertising, and ROI-focused selling.

You'll be at the forefront of driving international business, building strategic partnerships, and scaling mobile ad campaigns for global advertisers and app developers.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & onboard
     international affiliates, direct advertisers, and ad networks across mobile verticals.
  • Build and manage relationships
     with top-performing partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Drive revenue growth
     through performance-based campaigns (CPI/CPA/CPL), negotiating commercial deals and partnership structures.
  • Analyze data
     and campaign KPIs to optimize traffic sources and improve conversion performance.
  •  Collaborate with operations & account management to ensure smooth campaign execution and reporting.
  •  Represent Addtitans at international events, trade shows, and conferences (e.g., Affiliate World, MWC, AdTech, CJ, IMS, GTC etc.).
  •  Stay on top of the latest trends in affiliate marketing, mobile advertising, user acquisition, and mobile analytics.

 What You Bring

  • 2–6 years of experience in 
    international business sales or performance marketing
    , preferably in 
    mobile app advertising
    .
  • Solid understanding of 
    CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS, CPD, CPFT, CPFO
    and affiliate marketing business models.
  • Established network of 
    global affiliates, ad networks, DSPs, and direct advertisers
    .
  • Proficiency in using tracking & attribution platforms such as 
    AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava
    .
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A passion for data, KPIs, and performance-based results.
  • Ability to thrive in a 
    fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
    .
