Order to Cash (OTC) Fresher (Contractual Role)

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Order to Cash (OTC) team on a contractual basis. The role involves supporting finance and accounting operations such as billing, collections, and cash application. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical experience in corporate finance and develop their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Assist in the Order to Cash (OTC) process, including order entry, billing, and payment support.

2) Help with invoice preparation, posting, and reconciliation activities.

Support the cash application and collections process by coordinating with internal teams.

3) Address and resolve basic customer or billing-related queries.

4) Maintain accurate financial and customer records in ERP systems.

5) Prepare and share reports and summaries as required by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance or Accounting background preferred).

Experience: Freshers or up to 6 months of relevant experience.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, etc.).

Eagerness to learn and adapt to a corporate finance environment
