Join us to be a part of the leader in quality digital experience testing.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Automation Lead to head our professional services automation team. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of automation scripts for enterprise clients, managing a team of automation script developers, and ensuring successful delivery of automation solutions across diverse environments.Key Responsibilities:- Leadership & Delivery- Lead a team of automation engineers/scripters to deliver high-quality automation solutions.- Own end-to-end delivery of automation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.- Act as the primary technical point of contact for automation-related engagements.- Automation Development- Design and develop reusable, modular, and scalable automation scripts using no-code/low-code platforms or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.).- Integrate automation flows with CI/CD pipelines, test orchestration platforms, and third-party systems (e.g., OTP flows, protected screens, fallback logic).- Maintain and enhance script repositories, ensuring version control and documentation.- Client Engagement- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for client teams.- Provide post-deployment support and continuous improvement recommendations.- Process & Quality- Define and enforce best practices for script development, testing, and deployment.- Monitor automation performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and information security standards.Required Skills & Experience:- 5–8 years of experience in automation scripting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or client-facing role.- Strong hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Mozark Automation Studio, or similar).- Experience with test orchestration platforms and device farms.- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control (Git).- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience working with BFSI, Fintech, or OTT clients is a plus.-
