Key Responsibilities

  • Document Verification: Verify and validate documents submitted by customers to ensure accuracy and authenticity.
  • Customer Service and Support: Communicate with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Identify and resolve customer issues through active listening and problem-solving.
  • Ticketing and Service Requests: Raise and submit tickets and service requests on behalf of customers. Follow up on the status of tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information and relevant data into the company database.
  • Manage customer accounts and update customer information in the company database.
  • Provide product and service information to customers and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of company products and policies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with service.
  • Maintain a calm and positive demeanor in challenging customer situations.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and provide a memorable customer experience.
