Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Customer Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for the company. Key tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing outstanding client support. The role will require close collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Acquisition skills, with experience in lead generation and closing deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Customer Service and Client Support experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and onboarding success.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for addressing client needs and challenges effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
