About the Work

At NK Kotecha & Co, you will get hands-on exposure across a wide range of professional assignments, including:

*Statutory, Internal & Tax Audits*:

Conducting audits for companies, firms, and individuals to ensure compliance, accuracy, and integrity of financial records.

Income Tax & GST Compliance:

Filing returns, preparing reports, tax planning, responding to notices, handling Appeals, search and seizure cases and assisting clients with end-to-end tax matters.

*Accounting & Financial Reporting*:

Maintaining books of accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards, preparation and filing of TDS returns and related documentation.

*Corporate & ROC Compliance*:

Assisting with company incorporation, annual filings, secretarial documentation, and regulatory compliance.

*Management Consultancy & Advisory*:

Supporting clients with budgeting, Project Financing, financial analysis, business structuring, providing consultancy for Central and State government sponsored schemes/policies for incentives to various manufacturing and service sector units and complete end to end handholding.

*Practical Exposure & Learning*:

Opportunity to work directly with senior professionals, gain multi-industry experience, and develop a strong professional foundation.

Desired Skills:

* Strong accounting and analytical skills

* Basic knowledge of GST, Income Tax and Auditing
