We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive offline lead generation and client acquisition for our Rooftop Solar Installation Division.

The role focuses on developing leads through direct marketing, field visits, local events, and partnerships with residential, commercial, and institutional prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified leads for rooftop solar installations through offline activities:
  • Visit potential clients (homes, schools, shops, small industries) to explain benefits and ROI of solar energy.
  • Collect customer details, rooftop information, and share leads with the internal sales/technical team.
  • Maintain lead records and follow up regularly for conversion.
  • Support marketing campaigns, awareness drives, and installation site visits.
  • Educate customers on government subsidy schemes and financing options.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Report daily/weekly activities to the Sales Manager.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (Science, Commerce, or Engineering preferred).
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer durables, or utility sales is an added advantage.

Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
