Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the body shop, ensuring optimal productivity, quality of work, and staff wellbeing.
  • Supervise and train body shop technicians and support staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
  • Oversee customer interaction, including accepting jobs, providing estimates, and delivering completed vehicles on schedule.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including procurement of spare parts, paint, and materials required for ongoing body shop work.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all repair and maintenance jobs, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Control inventory, monitor usage of tools and consumables, and ensure cost-effective management of resources in the shop.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations within the workshop premises at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations, share knowledge, and resolve any inter-departmental issues.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators, including productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness of shop operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
