1. You will be responsible for big things from day 1.
   If you say you will do something, we expect you to get it done. We don't like to follow up.

   Once you pick something up, we expect you to get it done fast. 90% perfection in 1 day is better than 100% in 5 days.
3. We want you to care about what you do. The content you create needs to be deeply cared about, thought through and done well. We never want you to do something just for the sake of it.

Requirements

1. This is an in-office role (Bangalore) and you should be ok with that. We're flexible with work from home as an option as and when you need it.
2. You should be someone who loves creating content, following social media trends and understanding the behaviour of women on social media in general

If you made it this far, here's the job you will be doing

1. You will work with the founders directly to create and execute on the social media strategy.
2. You will help shoot, create and post social content for the brand. In a way, you will get to define the social media identity of the brand.
3. You will collaborate with our customers, and content creators, and understand social trends deeply to create content that truly stands out and is unique to our category.
4. Leveraging AI tools to generate smarter, faster, and more engaging social content. This includes using AI to identify emerging trends and topics, generating creative ideas and captions, enhancing visuals with AI-based design tools and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
5. To conclude - the content you create should make someone take a step back and say wow, this was something truly unique
