Lighthouse needs a social media manager to establish its presence loud and wide as well as to help its clients do the same wherever required.

The position currently is part-time and work from home. The salary would entirely be based on the candidates experience and skill level in social media management and content writing.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategy for Lighthouse and its clients.
  • Define most important social media KPIs.
  • Manage and oversee social media content in line with the Brands content.
  • Review social media objectives and strategies regularly and make necessary adjustments on KPIs
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Job Description

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
  • Strong communications skills that can flex to any platform, media and audience.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
  • Coming up with new and engaging ideas, creative initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Good social media strategy building skills and an aptitude for strategical thinking.
  • Good analytical skis to check metrics and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest news, tools and social media applications.
  • Time management skills.
