Role Overview
We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager
with a strong background in the
skincare and beauty industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing influencer marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive conversions, and support new product launches. This role requires hands-on experience managing influencer collaborations, working with agencies, and analyzing campaign performance through measurable, result-driven metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive
influencer marketing strategy
to strengthen The Wellness Shop's brand presence across digital platforms. - Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with
high-quality influencers, content creators, and celebrity partners
aligned with the brand's positioning. - Build and maintain strong relationships with
influencer marketing agencies
to ensure seamless execution and performance tracking. - Strategically plan and manage influencer campaigns for
new product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives. - Negotiate deliverables, budgets, and contracts with influencers and agencies while ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
- Define and monitor key
performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, EMV, ROI, etc.)
for all influencer activities. - Analyze campaign data and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for future optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the
creative, digital marketing, and product teams
to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation. - Identify new opportunities and emerging influencer trends to scale brand visibility and credibility.
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines, communication tone, and regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum
4 years of experience in influencer marketing
within the
skincare, beauty, or clean beauty industry
. - Proven experience managing influencer campaigns through
agencies and direct collaborations
. - Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms, tools, and
performance metrics
(CPE, CPM, ROI, engagement, conversions). - Demonstrated success in executing campaigns with
measurable business impact
and scaling brand visibility. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Creative mindset with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple campaigns, and meet tight deadlines.
