Sales Consultant/ Marketing Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our automobile dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, and pricing in a clear and professional manner.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance and benefits.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all models, variants, and financing options.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong customer relationship post-sale.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Coordinate with the finance and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum PUC / Graduate in any discipline / Diploma
- Experience: 0-3 years (Experience in automobile sales preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Other Requirements:
- Must possess a valid 2 wheeler & 4-wheeler driving license.
- Local candidates preferred.
