Business Development Officer

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Acquisition
- Prospect and onboard MSME, SME & Corporate borrowers under SMA/NPA category
- Build a pipeline through referrals, digital channels, finance professionals & industry networks
- Develop partnerships with CAs, CS firms, lawyers, ex-bankers, insolvency consultants, and financial advisors
- Identify OTS and distressed funding opportunities
Client Relationship Management
- Engage with promoters and management of distressed businesses
- Conduct preliminary financial understanding and client requirement assessment
- Coordinate and collect required documents for evaluation and deal processing
Bank / ARC / NBFC Coordination
- Maintain relationships with banks, NBFCs, ARCs, AIFs, QIBs and investors
- Support in client representation and coordination during OTS discussions and restructuring proposals
- Assist in follow-ups, meetings, submissions, and proposal trackers
Market Research & Strategy
- Track stressed asset market, IBC processes, SARFAESI cases, distress auctions & asset sale opportunities
- Maintain database of distressed borrowers, ARCs, insolvency professionals and funding partners
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain CRM database and lead conversion status
- Prepare weekly MIS reports
- Assist in proposal drafting and KYC documentation
