We're seeking a detail-oriented Advertising Operations Assistant to provide critical support to our Advertising team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at organization, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. You'll manage reporting systems, streamline workflows, support leadership, and ensure that the team has the tools and resources needed to drive advertising success in a fast-paced environment.

How you will achieve success: 
  • Manage advertising reports, databases, and platform profiles across multiple tools (Pacvue, Criteo, Promote IQ, etc.).
  • Support department leadership with scheduling, reporting (LTRs, budgets, pacing files), and SOP documentation.
  • Coordinate training, onboarding/offboarding, and ensure teams have access to tools and resources.
  • Deliver accurate DSP invoices and agency fees, and ensure advertising budgets are approved, tracked, and communicated on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key point of contact for requests, meetings, and project updates.
What experiences will help you in this role: 
  • 2+ years of experience as an executive or operational assistant.
  • Proficiency with Amazon research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to report on and organize large data sets.
  • Experience with Amazon ad management tools (Kenshoo, Pacvue, Sellics) a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
$4.80 - $4.80 an hour
