Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Amazon Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our advertising campaigns across Amazon. Should have hands-on experience with Amazon's advertising platforms and can create, execute, and scale high-performing PPC campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and ROI.This role requires strong analytical, operational, and marketing skills with hands-on experience in handling Amazon Seller Central.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Ads of Amazon India, UAE & US accounts (Seller Central) and other markeplaces.
  • Plan and execute Amazon advertising campaigns (sponsored ads, display ads, DSP) to maximize ROI.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and competitor activities.
  • Advertising Benchmarks & KPIs.
  • Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Optimize pricing, promotions, coupons, and deals to boost sales and improve rankings.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to ensure ads are aligned with product listings and promotions.
  • Stay updated with Amazon marketplace trends, policies, and algorithm updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing Amazon Seller Central (India & International markets preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC campaigns and listing optimization.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented startup environment.
