Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, handling customer service inquiries, improving communication with buyers, driving online sales, and optimizing the e-commerce platform.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and E-Commerce knowledge
- Online Sales experience
- Major focus on industry vital portals like Amazon, HealthXP, HealthKart, Nutrabay
- Identifying and uploading of catalogues of new marketplacess
- Experience with Ecommerce platforms and tools
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies
