Summary:

We're looking for a strategic and performance-driven Ecommerce Specialist who has deep experience running and scaling campaigns across Flipkart, Snapdeal, Myntra and Shopclues for D2C FMCG brands. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive growth across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns on Ecommerce Platforms
  • Optimize campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and creatives to drive high ROI
  • Monitor and improve key metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Perform keyword research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking
  • Align ad strategy with product launches, offers, and seasonal trends
  • Run A/B tests on creatives and messaging to refine ad effectiveness
  • Collaborate with brand and content teams for ad creatives and product positioning
  • Track and report weekly/monthly ad performance, insights, and growth opportunities
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, policies, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce ads
  • Prior exposure to D2C FMCG industry is a must
  • In-depth knowledge of Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Zepto dashboards, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills – experience using Excel, ad dashboards, and performance reports
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign growth
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Nice to Have:

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, or performance marketing experience
  • Certification in Amazon Ads or Google Ads
