Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in New Delhi, with some work from home acceptable. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage the company's ecommerce platforms, handle product listings, optimize online sales, and provide exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales data, tracking inventory, improving user experience, and implementing marketing strategies to drive online sales. The specialist will also coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in E-Commerce and Sales
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with ecommerce platforms and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with hybrid working environments
