Role Overview

We're looking for a
hands-on and detail-oriented Operations Specialist
to manage warehouse operations and ensure smooth coordination across inventory, dispatch, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, packaging, and dispatching.
  • Maintain accurate
    inventory records
    and ensure real-time stock updates.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth and timely dispatches.
  • Manage dispatch documentation, shipping labels, and reports.
  • Conduct quality checks before packaging and delivery.
  • Support the operations team in planning and execution of shipments.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    warehouse or operations management
    (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or gifting).
  • Strong skills in
    Excel / Google Sheets
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Shiprocket or similar logistics platforms
    is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Must be
    based in or near Okhla, New Delhi.
