Job Profile:

Responsible for managing entire gamut of soft service operations, including Housekeeping, Conference room management, site event management, High end artwork/artifacts, Faade cleaning, pest control etc. to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets. Provide leadership and direction to the delivery teams. To be accountable for excellent service delivery and operational objectives ensuring continuous improvements.

Key responsibility:

• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire premises
• Forecasting & preparation of Annual Budget.
• Management, reporting and monitoring of spending and budgets.
• Ensure that all costs and expenditure are within the budgeted levels
• To deliver a consistent level of service across site/s for Soft services, as per specified standards, and agreed KPIs
• Address team Engagement & drive participation
• Comply with Company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Provide innovations as per market trends and forecast.
• Managing Vendor compliance and SLAs as per the contract
• Assist in Internal auditing of the operations and expenses
• Maintain par stock of consumable supplies & linen used
• Organize and maintain inventories
• Re-evaluate and upgrade SOPs
• Front desk/ Conference room management & maintaining high standard.
• Assist Procurement team in identifying right material and suppliers
• Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Recommend recruitment of new personnel.
• Any other responsibility assigned by management

Skills Required:

• Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills, Entrepreneurial, thinks out of the box and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies / synergies across the network.

YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification: Graduate/ Three Years Degree or diploma in hotel management

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role. Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge. Successful Pre-opening experience & records a distinct advantage
