Job Description:

Qualification:

  • Respiratory/Pain/Digestive Health/Skin Health: Bachelor's and Master's in Pharmaceuticals/PhD/MBBS with relevant post-qualification experience in the scientific and business research space
  • Oral Health: Bachelor's in Dental Sciences (BDS) or M.Pharm with Oral Care/ Consumer health experience. Good understanding of Dental Sciences with robust domain knowledge; clinical experience with deep understanding of the oral disease conditions, dental treatments, dental products and its associated factors
  • Nutrition Digestive health: MSc. Food & Nutrition/ Food science/ Public health nutrition/ Food technology/ M.Pharm/ MBBS

Experience: 6-9 years of post-qualification experience in Consumer Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Business Research/ KPO

Research skills

  • Expertise in secondary research with experience in using databases and open sources
  • Clear understanding and exposure to OTC/Consumer/Pharma Healthcare space, demonstrate clear acumen in competitive intelligence, scientific and business research
  • Presentation & Report writing - Creating reports that offer contextually relevant insights and ability to present the findings to an audience, with attention to detail
  • Project management skills – Time and work management, resource management, multi-tasking
  • Team Management – Collaborative approach with good inter-personal communication, resolving conflict within teams to ensure a positive work environment
  • Client Management – Clear/concise and effective written as well as verbal communication, building partnership and rapport, engaging clients
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
  • Proven strengths/clear aptitude in performing literature analysis and deriving competitor insights through clinical trials, pipeline analysis, business and market assessment ability to present the findings to an audience
  • Methodological but flexible approach for defining the problem, designing solutions and adapting to the changes, if needed
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint and basic Excel) and Internet searching skills are mandatory
