UX Researcher We are looking for an experienced UX researcher to join our SIFT(Strategic Insights and Foresights Team). You will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products. Baservices and processes. You will reveal what users need from our products and services by conducting research working with cross-functional teams and performing usability studies. These responsibilities also include inspiring change delivering oral and written presentations evaluating qualitative and quantitative data and helping the UX team better understand what would make a user&rsquo s experience more intuitive accessible and seamless.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
&bull   Conduct user research studies including usability testing field studies interviews surveys etc. to understand user behavior for B2C and B2B products. &bull   Evaluate qualitative research and perform market and ethnographic research to stay alongside of industry trends. &bull   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams identifying and assessing research topics relevant to RMgX s products and service offerings &bull   Plan and implement effective user research strategies and methodologies. &bull   Advocate research findings through compelling written and oral presentations  &bull   Perform usability studies with consumers to ensure optimal user experiences. &bull   Ask questions gather data and analyze data to derive actionable insights. &bull   Utilize a diverse set of UX research tools for comprehensive analysis.
WORK EXPERIENCE 
&bull   3 or more years of proven UX research experience with a focus on service industry tech/design.
SKILLS ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE
&bull   Must have proficiency in the basic research methods like usability testing interviews surveys and field study) &bull   Must have empathy as it&rsquo s crucial to interpret findings in the context of users experiences. &bull   Must have an analytical mind-set. &bull   Must have excellent communication skills. &bull   Ability to collaborate with different audiences smoothly. &bull   Must have good problem-solving skills. &bull   Must have good documentation/organisational skills. &bull   Quick and effective communication of research results. &bull   Proficient in all research-related tasks including planning evaluation and iteration. &bull   Ability to formulate specific answerable and practical research questions. &bull   Effective collaboration with stakeholders acting as a strategic partner in product decisions. &bull   Strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude. &bull   Excellent time-management skills.
Bachelors or MS in in a human behavior-related field only (HCI Psychology Social Science Information Science etc.) or equivalent demonstrable work experience. Perks and Benefits
